Cooperative Construction Consultants, LLC (C3) was created by Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. (E&R) and Fuller & D’Angelo Architects (F&D) to provide enhanced Construction Administration and stand-alone Construction Management services to clients in the northeast, especially K-12 schools.

Over the last 20+ years, both firms individually have provided Construction Administration services as part of their normal Architectural and Engineering services. In the last few years, clients have asked both firms to provide additional services including but not limited to full time on-site Construction Administration and Building & Systems Commissioning. We have a team of dedicated staff with extensive Construction Administration experience. C3 takes advantage of the combined skills and experience of E&R and F&D, and provides the services listed below.

Fuller & D’Angelo has provided a full range of Architectural services to schools, municipalities and private clients for 44 years. This has included school facilities planning, design services, traditional architectural services for many building vintages, as well as computer renderings and animations.

E&R began as an Environmental Engineering firm specializing in asbestos and lead abatement consulting 28 years ago. The firm has expanded the services provided to now include a wide range of additional services including energy conservation projects, design of building renovations and overseeing construction projects.

C3 takes advantage of the skills and experience of both firms to provide the variety of services clients have requested. The management of C3 is provided by an individual with over 30 years experience providing construction management services. The individuals assigned to each project are chosen for their particular skills, experience and how they relate to that project.
